All registrations submitted online from 12:00 am to 11:59 pm on the 24th will be treated the same. Often there are more teams than spots on the first day of registration, in which case a lottery will decide entrants from all those submitted on the first day. We expect to notify teams of their status by June 30.

First draw is Thursday afternoon at 6:00 pm. Finals and awards will wrap up by 2:30 on Sunday.
